Størvatt is more than a Nordic bath, it's a state of mind, a mentality, a special pleasure... It's the end of the week, night is beginning to fall, the Nordic bath is full, you start a fire in the stove. Some kindling to get you started, the wood starts to crackle, you add a few logs and replace the lid on the stove. Immediately you hear the stove humming. It draws instantaneously. After a few minutes, a light steam emanates from the water, accompanied by a delicious smell of cedar. After an hour or two, the Nordic bath is at 39°, the perfect temperature. The rest of the family, impatient, come across the garden to the bath. You immerse yourself slowly into the warm water, the sensation is unique. A feeling of warmth and well-being. With your shoulders covered, your body becomes lighter, your muscles relax under the effect of the heat, and only the crackle of the wood fire can be heard...

Red cedar, an exceptional wood

Naturally rot-proof, red cedar requires no maintenance. Over time it will change colour to a silvery grey. Only the heartwood of the tree is used, excluding all the knots and any flat veins. We use only the best quality materials, which guarantee durability and stability.
