SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipment by carrier (only available for mainland France)
Our products are delivered by carrier from Monday to Friday in mainland France. Although the delivery date can be scheduled in advance, please note that an exact time slot cannot be given.
Shipping conditions:
• The shipment of Nordic baths, spas and saunas by carrier includes factory assembly with crate packaging and dispatch of the products.
Deliveries are made by 19-tonne truck, which requires roads suitable for this type of vehicle
(check with your local council to find out if there are any restrictions).
• In cases in which there are special conditions such as a narrow passage, a steep slope, difficult access or a ban on heavy goods vehicles,
contact our sales team directly by phone on +33 (0)4 50 91 84 19.
We will conduct a detailed study to assess any additional costs and the feasibility of the delivery.
• The carrier will unload your order in front of your home but the handling of the order inside your property, delivery to specific floors,
and any other special conditions arising from the configuration of your delivery location are not included in the services provided
by the carrier.
• For shipments by carrier, the installation of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
For sauna deliveries, a Manitou-type vehicle or a truck-mounted crane should be provided on the delivery date to unload them at
the installation location.
• For bath and spa models of a diameter of 240 cm, contact us for the prices which are available on quotation only.
• For sauna models 300 cm and more long, contact us for the prices which are available on quotation only.
Shipping rates:
•Bath with static / hybrid / electric filtration: € 760.00 including VAT.
• Bath without a technical unit / cold bath / bath tank without technical unit: € 675.00 including VAT.
• Above ground spa + above ground spa tank: € 875.00 including VAT.
• Built-in spa + built-in spa tank: € 760.00 including VAT.
• Cap / alcove sauna (up to and including a length of 180): € 1075.00 including VAT.
(From a length of 210): € 1205.00 including VAT.
• XL Sauna + vision: (up to and including a length of 180): € 1205.00 including VAT.
(From a length of 210): € 1405.00 including VAT.
• Accessories / spare parts: € 240.00 INCL. VAT.
• Shipment of accessories / spare parts by Colissimo: € 15.00 INCL VAT.
• Shipment of accessories / spare parts by Chronopost: € 35.00 INCL VAT.
DELIVERED AND INSTALLED BY US

We ship our products from Monday to Friday in mainland France. The delivery date is scheduled in advance along with a time slot. We ship our Nordic baths, spas and saunas using a utility vehicle and trailer, depending on the order. It is essential to confirm that the accesses are sufficient for delivery and installation of products already assembled in the factory.

Delivery and installation by us includes:
• Factory-assembly without crate packaging.
• Delivery by a qualified technician.
• The technician will transport your order to the installation site.
• The technician installs and commissions the product.
• If the access does not allow for the bath/spa tank to be delivered by rolling it, a lifting vehicle must be available on the delivery day, to be organised by yourself and at your expense. For 240 cm diameter saunas or baths and spas, plan on having a Manitou-type vehicle on the delivery day (for baths and spas), or a truck-mounted crane (for saunas) for unloading at the installation site.
