MANUALS
Red cedar is a naturally rot-resistant wood that requires no maintenance. Over time, the wood will take on a beautiful silver-grey hue. The filtration system should be serviced weekly to clean the filter cartridge, replace bromine tablets and check the pH level. For private use, the water should be emptied approximately once every 3 months.
A deposit of 40% is required with the order by bank transfer or cheque to confirm the order. The balance must be received before delivery or dispatch by bank transfer or cheque. On the day of delivery by cheque if installed by us.
There are two possibilities:
- Shipped by courier, on receipt the bath is very easy to install with the manual.
- Delivery and installation by our technicians. An estimate will be drawn up for you based on ease of access and your geographical location.
The structure of the baths (wood, hoops) is guaranteed for 5 years. We provide a lifetime guarantee against frost (excluding machinery). The machinery (heating and filtration unit) is guaranteed for 2 years.

The recommended temperature for a cold Nordic bath generally ranges between 5 °C and 15 °C. This range helps stimulate circulation and support recovery without being too aggressive for the body. For beginners, it is advisable to start around 10–15 °C, then gradually lower the temperature as the body becomes accustomed to the cold.
A cold Nordic bath should be short and progressive. Beginners can start with 1 to 3 minutes, while more experienced users may stay up to 5 minutes, depending on their tolerance. The most important rule is to listen to your body and exit immediately if you feel discomfort or intense shivering.
Before entering a cold bath, it is recommended to stay hydrated and immerse yourself gradually. People with heart conditions, blood pressure issues, or specific medical conditions should seek medical advice beforehand. It is also advisable not to bathe alone and to limit immersion time, especially during the first sessions.
Alternating between a sauna and a cold bath is a Nordic tradition that stimulates blood circulation and aids recovery. Start with 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna to warm the body, then plunge 1 to 2 minutes into cold water. This cycle can be repeated 2 to 3 times, taking a few minutes of rest between each session.

Unlike a standard pool heat pump designed to heat water, the CRYO INVERTER is specifically engineered for intensive cooling, down to +5 °C. Its compressor, oversized PVC/Titanium condenser and anti-corrosion treated evaporator are dimensioned for cryotherapy use, with an EER of 2.7 in BOOST mode at 32 °C air temperature for water at 5 °C.
Thanks to Full Inverter technology, the CRYO PAC continuously adapts its output to the actual needs of the basin, achieving up to 30% energy savings compared to a fixed-speed heat pump. This intelligent operation also extends compressor lifespan by eliminating repeated start/stop cycles.
