Red cedar is a naturally rot-resistant wood that requires no maintenance. Over time, the wood will take on a beautiful silver-grey hue. The filtration system should be serviced weekly to clean the filter cartridge, replace bromine tablets and check the pH level. For private use, the water should be emptied approximately once every 3 months.
A deposit of 40% is required with the order by bank transfer or cheque to confirm the order. The balance must be received before delivery or dispatch by bank transfer or cheque. On the day of delivery by cheque if installed by us.
There are two possibilities:
- Shipped by courier, on receipt the bath is very easy to install with the manual.
- Delivery and installation by our technicians. An estimate will be drawn up for you based on ease of access and your geographical location.
The structure of the baths (wood, hoops) is guaranteed for 5 years. We provide a lifetime guarantee against frost (excluding machinery). The machinery (heating and filtration unit) is guaranteed for 2 years.

With an electric heater, you can keep your water at a constant temperature for immediate use, without any constraints, every day of the year. Bath management is fully automated. Water treatment is essential to prevent the development of bacteria and other micro-organisms. Combined with an ultra-high-performance filtration system, it will provide you with real comfort in use.
The stainless steel bar hoops ensure that the entire unit is optimally clamped. A system of couplers, also in stainless steel, means that you can adjust tension as required. The robustness of the hoops allows us to provide an unlimited guarantee against frost.

The Electric Nordic Bath is heated and filtered automatically, with no fire to light: the water stays at temperature, ready to use. The wood-fired bath focuses on the ritual of the fire, the hybrid bath combines both, and the heat pump version uses less electricity.
A 3 kW, 230 V Balboa heater, controlled by an electronic board, keeps the water at your chosen temperature all year round. Allow around 1 to 2 °C gained per hour on small and medium diameters, slightly less on large volumes.
No, a Nordic bath has no jets or bubbles: it offers a calm, silent soak. For hydromassage, choose a Storvatt wooden spa.
The Red Cedar needs no treatment. For the water, allow for weekly care (cleaning the cartridge, bromine tablets, checking the pH) and draining approximately every 3 months for private use. An HTH starter kit is included.
Yes, 365 days a year: the water is kept warm at all times, and the strength of the stainless steel hoops allows a lifetime frost guarantee (excluding filtration).
